Since the Gas Blender mixer uses the velocity of the gas stream to mix, it can effectively operate over a very broad thermal and temperature range. The Gas Blender mixer has been successfully used in applications where temperatures range from 0°F (-18°C) to more than 2000°F (1093°C), and flow rates from less than 175 cfm (5 m3/sec) to flows exceeding 850,000 cfm (24,069 m3/sec). Because of the broad flow ranges and low-pressure drop, the Gas Blender mixer is the ideal solution for many industrial process systems and environmental control system applications.
